Bored at 5 in the morning....
Well, I'm so bored I'm gonna update. I woke up at 3:30, didn't feel like sleeping, so I took the dogs out, then came in and got on comp, did paperwork for my stupid clinical, and now I'm doing this. The past few weeks have been interesting, first the dogs (look at previous posts), then we missed 2 weeks of classes due to our teacher being out of town and sick, and now were cramming everything into the last of the semester which is gonna be hell. We only have 2 weeks of clinical left with the clinical instructor that everyone hates, and then its on to precepting with a real nurse on a real schedule so that means getting up at 5 am and going to "work" for 12 hours, how miserable can it get. We also have 3 more tests this semester, 2 more quizzes, and 3 HESI finals, along with 2 community projects to do, and a presentation. How much more packed and boring can it get. All I gotta say is, DAMN IT, I BETTER GRADUATE ON DECEMBER 11th WITH A REAL DEGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well, anyhow, dogs are fine, no complications from their poisoning except the $1,100 complication of trying to pay that off. If we ever do get engaged, it ain't gonna be any time soon with the bills we have ot start paying back in january. Then after I graduate I get to look forward to trying to pass the NCLEX for my actual FL license which is sometime in february which is another $200-$400 to even sit for the exam. Talk about a pain in the ass for a extremely underpaid profession. I mean who else wants to wipe ass' and clean puke up for that low of pay, and they wonder why were so short on nurses. Well, can't think of much else to bitch about, so thats all for now. buh-bye.
