Hopefully, you can find people from your Earth here. I haven't, yet, but I'm still hopin' they'll show up some day.

Nah, everybody seems to talk proper English here. Guess it makes sense, bein' in America and all that... I'm not an alien, though. Just English.

Haven't met many aliens, though. Mostly other Earths and countries. Real borin'.

Yeah, countries! There's Bri-tan, 'course, and I've heard there's some other England wanderin' about, and some Americas... and loads of others. Almost got the whole UN here! It's a bit weird at first, but you get used to it, eventually. They're alright, most of 'em. Most people here are.

Oh right, you said there were different earths.... Are.. they all from the same one?

I think the ones that are all doubled up are different. Then there's this massive group from one Earth, and a tiny little group from another. Wouldn't make sense if there were two Englands from the same Earth, yeah?
