i got a mint plant today. i washed it out till it was just the roots and plant, then took the part of the plant that i liked the most and attempted to bonzai it. i hope it doesn't die, it's very very cute at the moment. i had to ifix it cause it's roots were square... now it should be happy if it gets over this initial shock.
made my mom's birthday present today. mir bought a teacup and saucer at the paint your own pottery studio, so we went and painted it today. she picked the colors and most of the design, but i put a ton of little pink and blue flowers on it with vines and whatnot, she should love it. i hope it fires well.
also made a new smoothie, mir loves it (she's hard to please): ice, honeydew mellon, honey, milk. blended 'til smooth and icey and yeah...
been doing a lot of reading, summer's being boring.
as response to all the martha-stewart-type activities today, chuck says i need a real hobby. maybe i should play more pokemon...
