What's going on....

Sydney was sunny and extremely windy (not to mention it's freezing wind) for the past few days, and it's now raining + FREEZING. I know the temperature in other countries are much colder than this but I just can't imagine how cold it would get during winter this year since it's supposed to be autumn/fall now (=_=")  I hope the weather would be more promising on 5th May, my graduation ceremony (again) =P

I'm rather stressed over my parents' accommodation now. My dad has always liked staying close to Chinatown coz of the convenience + his preference for chinese foods. He would be really hungry out of a sudden and if he doesn't munch on something within the next 10 - 15 mins, god knows what his rising blood pressure would do to me. Meriton serviced apartments has always been popular especially Meriton World Tower. With 4.5 stars ratings and located in the heart of Sydney CBD, one night in its 2 bedroom serviced apartments would cost up to $580 on weekends and averaging to around $260/night on weekdays. My parents would be arriving on 3rd May (Sunday) and all 2 bedrooms in Meriton World Tower has been booked out since the beginning of this month. Thus, I had no choice but to reserve Meriton Waterloo 2 bedroom apartments.

It would be great if we can stay there for the rest of their stay in Australia. But the thing is.... my dad is a big fan of World Tower.... so i have booked their first 2 nights in Waterloo, while giving them options to move to World Tower if they don't like it in Waterloo. I thought everything was more or less settled and I need not stress too much about it anymore. However, it turns out that when we return from our trip to melbourne, Meriton World Tower on 12th May has also been booked out. Damn it.... So once again, for 11th and 12th we might have to stay at Waterloo. My parents are not going to be pleased.... I'm not so concerned about the rates now. All i want rooms for them to choose from. I hope i can get it settled soon....
