[Fox is still out and about investigating, putting all of his nifty equipment to good use as he's dealing with the recent appearance of the monsters. When he finally takes a break, it's to catch up with things in general as well as family.]This might sound like a weird idea, but has anyone managed to capture or otherwise contain one of those beasts

I had three under my custody. All dead sadly, after a little training session.

My squad was studying them.

What have you and your squad observed so far? Anything especially striking about them?

They don't respond well to being captured. Unless we attack them, they would rather focus on escaping than deal with us.

Some were struggling so much, they were practically killing themselves trying to get away.

That's exactly the behavior that I'm curious about. It seems very strange and suggests that they're more than mindless killers, if anything. If we could only determine their goal... then maybe we could figure out a better way to deal with them.

Well, containing them for study is out of the question. They'll kill themselves before we can get real results.

They're that desperate to get away? Interesting...

Do you know of anyone who could help with some kind of device? That may lead us to answers about their goals.
