third roomie needed!
Me and my friend Tessi are looking for a chill person to live with us next year in our house behind University. It's bikeable to campus, has one bathroom, a furnished living room, a front and back porch, a yard, and parking spaces, as well as a washer and dryer. Rent is about 500 dollars, including utilities.
We like to party sometimes, although we're not going to be throwing a billion parties at this house; we are just looking for someone who isn't going to be out of control crazy and messy, but also doesn't want silence at all hours because they'll be studying. Since this is essentially a random roommate, we want someone who we'll get along with (and we hope you'll get along with us as well).
Move in is June 15th, which is right before Summer B. If you can't do this date (after making sure you absolutely can't sublease your current apt, etc) then maybe we can work something out, but preference goes to whoever can move in on this date.
The house is at 14th terrace and 5th street, one block west of 13th and 5 blocks north of University.
