Went to court again this morning. Its being continued for December 13th, so now I can go back a THIRD time. Its really getting ridiculous. Like I have absolutely nothing better to do than to go to court for this bullshit

Well, the baliffs were extremely mean and if your name wasnt called you were not allowed to leave your seat. They told us "when you hear your name called say HERE! and walk up to the judge!! If your name is NOT called then you stay seated!!!!"
So I wasnt going to move.
They called the other drivers name and he replied "here!" and walked up to the bench. I wouldnt dare move because I didnt want to be embarrased and yelled at by the baliffs.
So him and his big time lawyer speak to the judge and then they leave the courtroom.
20 minutes later the judge asks anyone whos name was not called to come to the bench. So I go up there and the states attorney asks me why I didnt go up there when the other guys name was called and I explained everything to him and he laughed and stared at me like I was crazy and told me that its being continued till Dec.13 because I wasnt there when they called his name.
The moral of the story is: The court system sucks. It needs to be explained to people like me who arent lawyers or judges or baliffs and who dont go to court on a regular basis.
The baliffs need to get their acts together because they should be helpful people, not angry freaks.
A friend of mine is going to court with me next time because he knows what to do.
