Thank you, bitrswtsymphony for pointing this out to me! ^_^ I found an FAQ on Gackt-sama's character apperance on the dorama. I find it amusing that it's posted there! XDDD
FAQ on his apperance of course it's in Japanese, but I shall translate below to the best of my abilities! *cracks knuckles*
上杉謙信役のＧａｃｋｔさんの登場はいつからですか？
謙信（長尾景虎）の登場はドラマの中盤からになります。謙信は信玄より９才年下で前半は子供です。成人したところで冒頭から本役のＧａｃｋｔさんに登場していただきますので、お楽しみにお待ちください。
登場の放送回数は決まり次第、当ホ-ムペ-ジでお知らせします。
Translation:
From when will Gackt's character, Uesugi Kenshin, appear?
Kenshin (Nagao Kagetora[1]) will appear in the middle of the drama. Kenshin is younger than Shingen by nine years [2] so he is a child in the first half. Kenshin is not an adult yet, so please wait and enjoy when Gackt-san's main role starts to appear.
There will be a special [3] notification on the homepage as soon as the number of his appearances will be braodcasted.
1 i think that's wht the name says. maybe its Kenshin's former name? im not so sure... thanks lunakay!
2 I think this is wrong...i always get confused with "yori".
3 they use kimari, which means: regulation, rule, custom, settlement. so i tweaked the meaning and used 'special' to fit and make sense for the translation. thanks spideyj for that lil tidbit! she said that they say they will announce the number of times Kenshin will appear.
so there you have it. even NHK will make a special notice, so no worries to anyone! ^_^ and if anyone would like to clean up my poor translation, feel free to let me know wht needs to be corrected. ^^;;;
