I read The Lovely Bones and loved it; it was so well-written. The movie comes out in a month, I think. Anyone want to see it with me?
I went to the Y last night and took a Zumba class, which defeated me and I went back tonight and ran on a treadmill. Good times! I bought my own combination lock for my locker too!
My house is still freezing. Due to the inclement weather, we could not have insulation installed last week. Nor could we get a new roof but both are on the horizon!
Also, our shed is not done. luguvalium, don't fret; I've taken pictures of the progress so far. It's a good thing I wasn't super motivated to hire a starving artist to paint my mural because I have no idea when the shed will be done!
Speaking of which, Izzy won't start. :) I tried yesterday for kicks and giggles but all I got was a depressing clicking. I think it's the starter. I'll have to have her towed to Honda House. Damn.
Today was my work Xmas party and we had a gift exchange "Dirty Santa" style. I got the DVD, "The Hangover". Score! It was totally on my want list! My gift was three-part; a giant "cotton linen" scented candle, a tin of onion ring-flavored mints and a night light that projects a scene of planets in orbit onto a ceiling or wall.
Torian is presently licking my hoodie, possibly because it smells like me or sweat or both.
I'm now reading the fourth book in the Twilight series! Yippee!
