(no subject)
so i had surgery about an hour and a half ago. i didnt tell anyone about it cuz i didnt think it was too big a deal and i didnt want anyone to be all concerned or anything. im fine now just to let you know. it only hurt a lot. heh. heres the story.
so i had an apointment for 2 oclock today to remove the foreign object out of me. the doctor and nurses took their sweet ass time. i got my blood pressure checked like 4 times. not too pleasant if you ask me. i hate that feeling. so i get into the surgery room and they lay me down and prep me. they tell me i have to wash the area with iodine to prevent any contamination from germs and such. so i do for about 4 minutes and then lay back down. the doctor comes in and tells me to be calm and informs me of everything he is to be doing. so they put a bunch of sheets over me to cover me so i dont have to look at the horrible thing he is doing. if i cant see it, it doesnt bother me, thats my logic towards this. so i was blind to everything he did. but my feeling was heightened because i started to focus on it a lot. so he begins with a shot of anesthetic. this fuckin hurt. only one shot and it burned like a motherfucker. he waited for it to settle in completely before doing anything. so 10 minutes go by and my finger is hella swollen, which is normal, but i was hella trippin off the size of it. it was hella big compared to my other ones. so he begins the process. OW! is all that can be said. there wasnt enough anesthetic in me to counteract the pain so i could feel every little thing he did. i felt the first incision, i felt him digging into my finger, everything. this was not pleasnt. it actually hurt a lot. heh. it was kinda numb but it didnt do much. so i did my best to ignore it. but i kept cringeing at every little move. 20 minutes go by and hes done thank god. but then came the worst part: the stitches. i hate stitches with a passion. they hurt so fuckin much. then after that he gave me another shot of anesthetic to kill my pain for a while. yep then i was on my way.
it doesnt hurt to bad but it still is numb so i dont really know. the only is i cant use much of my right hand which sucks cuz i am right handed and it is important that i use it. o well. time to train my left hand like i need to. peace out...
