(no subject)
well today after taking forever to get it, i got my permit! whoo! yeah i get to drive places now. i feel like a normal person now. heh. i already made my dad mad at me too cuz i took out the car without him knowing it and i was driving all over the place without a licensed driver over 18 like im supposed to have. whoops.
ok so me gettin fired, this is how it happened...
last friday we had a meeting at the skatepark detailing how important it is to wear a helmet when skating because my friend/excoworker derek cracked his skull open goin down a hill. so we have this meetin at 4:30 and then it completed at 5. i go back to watchin the park like im supposed to be doin. around 6 or so my friend aaron asks me how to do a trick and i show him without putting any of my pads and shit on because it was one trick. at the same time i showed him, an asshole cop in a police SUV is making his rounds to look at the skatepark. the asshole spots me and then comes to speak to me about skating without any of the gear. i apologize to him and he tells me he is going to inform my boss of it. so i was like fuck. i was hella trippin off of it for about a day. then the next 3 days roll by and i dont hear shit from my boss, so i was thinkin i was in the clear. tuesday as soon as we all get back from the skate camps trip to redwood citty skatepark, my boss comes to talk to me. he informs me that he cannot keep me working there if i dont obey the rules and he says he has to take me off the schedule until further notice. he then told me that he was going to have a meeting with his boss, the police department, and some city officials to see if it is even worth it keeping me on the staff over there. he told me to come in next friday to see what the verdict is. as of right now i am 100% convinced i have no chance since i have fucked up hella times in the past at the park. but the verdict will not be known to me until next friday when i pick up my check. hope for the best is what everyone is tellin me but im too negative to do that. if anyone who reads this knows of any places hiring, please for the love of god tell me. thanks.
