I went running today. I was out for about an hour, and I went much farther than I did yesterday. I also ran for a larger percentage of the time. My legs are still burning, half an hour later. I know I'm pushing myself really hard, and I'll hopefully get into shape, or start getting into shape.
It made me laugh, though, because I weighed myself before I went running and right after I went running and it said that I lost three pounds. I suspect that most of that was water weight that I sweated off, and am replenishing right now, but still... if Iactually lost three pounds a day, that'd be so cool.
I've decided to also start "calorie counting" which is more just checking how many calories something is before I eat it.
