I cant believe how easy it has been to get in the habbit of doing pushups. keep in mind, i NEVER did push ups. it was something i dreaded doing in gym class and once i finished i would have been happy to never do another one, but then i got on this new push to lose weight and decided to do push ups. I started monday nite i did 5 and couldnt do anymore. but i thought that was too few so i waited about 10 mins and did 5 more, then waited another 10 and did 5 more. The next nite i did the same thing, thoguht i might of added a extra set. By wednesday nite, i did the 15 in one set, then did 3 more sets of about 6 or 7 each. i would have thought it would take more time to get into that kind of routine, but im thrilled i was so wrong :)
