Somewhere to live in July!
Wow it's been a while since I've posted here.. anwyay. I used to go to UCR (for 2 quarters, then ran outta moneys) but I'm going to be back for the month of July for a program at UCR extension, and I need somewhere to stay

I am looking for someone that is going to take summer school during session I, which is the end of July. I am graduating, but the lease is not over until the end of July. You will get your own room. The $450 rent will include internet, water, and gas. You will pay for 1/3 of the electricity for the month that you stay.
We are located in Highlander Park. We are about a 10 min walk from school, and less than 4 mins when driving. The apartment is two stories and extremely spacious. The apartment is 1125 square footage. There are two restrooms, one upstairs, and one downstairs. You will be sharing the apartment with another male, who also has his own room. Bedrooms are located upstairs. Female or male welcomed, pets welcomed as well.
Additionally, if you have a friend and would like to share this room and split the rent with him/her, that would not be a problem. 450 is a great price, considering the convenient location (Or it could be $225 if you decide to share).

Also, I understand that you said you are a quiet person and keep to yourself. Noise would not be a problem in this apartment because the other male that will also live in the apartment is also quiet.
