ya gotta hand it to the Catholics for sticking to their guns and not changing their policies when it's convenient.  They won't allow you to prevent a baby from being born into a world of neglect and imminent death or disfigurement, and they wont let an invalid die in peace when it's OBVIOUSLY his time.  Let the man go.  yeesh.

I think he is the one who won't let go. You are right though, deciding when your values fit and when you can go against them seems to be going around, ie Terri Shiavo's case is a good example.
