Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play.
What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level?
Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
1. Coming home from a long day of class/work to an empty room.
2. Listening to music really loud without headphones when #1 happens.
3. Checking my lj/facebook to see if anyone left me love :-).
4. Playing my guitar, especially soloing over songs and pretending I sound a lot better than I'm sure I do.
5. Walking around campus at night for no reason.
6. Looking out my window at night when it's late and being happy where I am.
7. Eating lunch out on the Janns steps lawn.
8. Watching tour groups at my school (and smiling to myself that I'm attending the school they're marveling at... haha, this is one of my more narcissistic indulgences I suppose).
9. Running (occasionally) on the track and around campus at night.
10. Reading a good book (haven't done that in awhile).
11. Playing video games.
12. Looking at pictures from the night before.
13. Long, one-on-one, deep conversations that make you exhausted but you never want to stop.
14. Sunrises/sunsets
15. Watching waves break in the ocean.
16. Rides home from school with my dad.
17. Being in San Diego and feeling temporary and calm.
18. Not waking up to an alarm, preferably sober.
19. Wearing UCLA gear.
20. A hot Bruin sub from Bruin Cafe with mustard, sun chips, and a lemonade.
