A wee little updation

So I'm gonna try and bust this out in 10 minutes so I can go to bed. Deep breath... ok.

So Friday, Toucanfest '05, rocked. There were a lot of people there, including many of the older guys that only come around for big events (i.e. Jeff Ball, Jeff Tall, Rauri, Pat, etc.). It's always fun hanging out with them. I feel cooler, not so first-yearish (or possibly more first-yearish since I feel cool hanging out with the older guys). Anyhow, I did a beer bong for the first time. Two Sierra Nevadas. It took me longer than it should have but whatever, it was a lot of fun. Caitlin took pictures for me so I can remember the moment of glory forever :-). Also of note, I smoke a lot that night, after the drinking was kinda over. Mmm soo krunk = soo good. Haha I went back and chilled with Brad and ate all of his food.

Saturday: KD semiformal/date party. Karisa and I rolled out around 8ish and bused it with KD down to Marina del Rey. There we boarded a cool boat with free food (Ya! free food). I didn't really know anyone, so I was just gonna drink, dance, and have a good time. But apparently Axeminster was escorting one of the girls in KD as well. SWEET! So we hung out most of the time, and I had a really great time. Except for the douchey bartender. He was this old, stingy white guy who made Vodka and cranberry's so weak even the smallest asian at UCLA would have to drink at least 7 to kinda feel it. Fuckin lame. I didn't tip for my coronas after that. Grr... stupid stingy old guy. Well, besides the bartender, it was really fun, and I think Karisa got to know more girls in her sorority, which is good because she's joining it, and I'm gonna end this run-on right about now.

Sunday: Mom's Day at DSP. My mom called at 9:45am and informed me that she was in LA and I needed to get up for brunch at the house. Haha so I rolled over to the house, introduce my mom to the guys, and we eat brunch. Yummy. Then we head over to the Getty Museum. I'd never been before, but it was absolutely gorgeous. The architecture, the scenery, the views, the art. It was really an amazing place. Note to self/guys: excellent place for an afternoon date. It simply beautiful up there. Bring sunglasses; it's bright.

Well that's about it, and I'm only 5 minutes over. Not bad. Well this week should be verry interesting. Lot's of school work, Big Sis night, an exchange(?), and chem midterm Friday (the day after big sis night btw...). Yeah, we'll see if I survive.
