So for my history of medicine class I have been helping the professor a bit by uploading some of the lectures for students who miss that class. It's a bit of a pain on my end, but I really don't mind doing it.
A few days ago while trying to get in contact with me to try to help a student for some lectures he said: "I hope students are compensating you for your troubles and if they're not talk to me after the midterm".
Well, I got my midterm back and my grade was less than stellar.
Would you email or talk to him about getting some extra points or would you just chalk it up to him saying what he did in jest?
Either way, I emailed him the question since I didn't want to ask him with other students around, but I felt rather lame asking him for "extra credit". I figured if he wasn't willing to offer it, he shouldn't have said what he said...
Just looking for validation I guess.
I'm just a student vying for points and I'm going to get them any way I can, dammit!
