UCLA Fundraiser for Chile
I hope this is all right to post here - this Friday (March 12 2010), 7:00 PM, in Rolfe Hall 1301 the Spanish & Portuguese department at UCLA are hosting a fundraiser to help in the reconstruction of areas in Chile that were greatly damaged in the recent earthquake.
We'll be having meals & drinks, poetry, music, socializing, dancing and the cover is $10 for food & drink.
I know that right now it's difficult to offer any money and many of us are in need of pretty much every dollar and moreso now that university fees are being increased, but if you're willing & able we'd love to have you!
