vice wardens

Does anyone in this community have experience as a vice warden of a student residence hall? If so, could you comment on your experience in the job: how many hours per week do you spend on job-related activities? Do you feel you have enough time for your postgraduate studies being a vice warden? Do you have to play the disciplinarian often?
