A dictatorship might be easier
A few questions about voting in elections, etc.
1. Are you automatically registered as an elector in your London UCL constituency? I believe most of the UCL campus lies inside the safe-Labour Holborn and St. Pancras seat. I currently live in a very marginal seat where my vote is worth much more than it would be if it was transferred to a London seat. Sorry if it sounds petty, but I want to keep my vote here! Is there any way of opting out of the automatic registration of votes in London, if indeed that is what takes place?
2. If I did manage to keep my vote in my home town, what would I do for council elections? Vote in the elections for the local London council or my current home town county council? What about London mayoral elections?
