- move-in 5/1 - move-out (I'd prefer someone who would want to stay a long time)

- markets/shopping/etc nearby - it's a safe, friendly, quiet neighborhood
- roommates info - 1 current uci student - quiet, 1 graduate - there to sleep
- landlord/special arrangement info - don't break things and then lie about it, like the previous tenant
I'd ideally like someone mature. We're pretty nice and social. I think both of us are pretty partied out and don't need any drama. If you like to make messes, that's fine, but keep them in your room. The driveway is a nice place to work on your car, if that's your bit. The backyard is pretty big. It's got everything a house has, including washing machine, dryer, gas-powered stove, mail, trash, etc
