its been awhile...
long awaited update. columbus prom was last friday. soo much fun. m so glad fuma asked me cause i had such an awesome time. i officially hate booger though. lol. pics later.
saturday night i went to a getty at this girls house who wasnt even there lol. it would have been alot better if i would have slept at least an hour the nite before. oh well.
sunday was my last cheerleading banquet. i dont think ive cried so hard in a while. i didnt prepare a speech so i had to put it all out there right on the spot. i think it came out best that way. if i would have planned out my speech i dont think it would have been as genuine or natural. the video came out cute though. same people for 45 minutes but what can i say. we've payed our dues. my parents were matching during their "final goodbyes". i got a couple screams when they showed my middle school picture too. thank heavens for puberty. this chapter has ended and now im ready to start a new one. the sport i played the past 3 years has helped me gain confidence and believe in myself. the person i was my freshman year is not the person i am today. im glad ive had this growing experience.
today was the killian vs. southridge baseball game. it determined whether or not killian would be playing at states. i couldnt attend the game, however, they beat the spartans just like i knew they would. problem is, the baseball team has to leave the same weekend as our prom. the plan was for our group, which includes the baseball players, was to rent a 50 seat bus for prom. killian tradition for us. too bad that now, two weeks before our prom, half of the bus will now be empty because of the terrible date that is our prom. i would like to know why the hell our activities director planned such a horrible date for prom. of course we had no idea our baseball team would be playing at states, but still have some consideration for us. half of the people i was planning to take to prom wont even be available. what the hell. i needed to vent.
