I am SO tired of all this political rioting! Friends feel the need to broadcast "their" candidate in AIM profiles, as if someone will see that and say, "Oh boy! Nicole backs so-and-so. She's cool so I'll back him too!"

I hold certain values of more importance than others. Therefore, I align myself with one candidate over the other. You calling him names doesn't make you look smarter. It makes you look under-informed and immature. You pointing out why you think he's bad doesn't change my mind. I know what your candidate stands for. I know what my candidate stands for. I know your candidate's priorities. I know my candidate's priorities. I'm not trying to change the way you will vote. Don't think that you even have a chance of changing mine. All this faux political debating is a joke. Suddenly, we all think that we are the only ones who know the truth and that everyone else has no reasoning behind their choice. There is a difference between good-spirited debate and antagonistic sermons. I haven't seen anything good-natured in months.

Anyway, on to other subjects:

I'm feeling better. I think the stress of 6 classes has finally gotten to me. I have done so much homework this week but I don't feel like I learned much of anything! I got a 98% on an Exam though, so yay. Got a B on my 10-page paper from Hell.

Had fun at the Carnival with Jason, Shawna, and Jay last night. Shawna and I made the boys sick on a couple rides. Wimps. I have never seen so many unsupervised ghetto-thug wannabe teenagers in one place. Where are their parents?!?!?!?!??!

Ordered my Cap and Gown and announcements this week. Exciting! Now it's back to another 7 weeks of non-stop homework and studying.
