So by now most of you know, and those who don't know have guessed, and those who haven't guessed or been told probably don't care all that much, but I feel a formal announcement is somehow apropos.

Sam and I are going out to the place in California next month. I'm staying, he'll (I assume) be back when Congress reconvenes next year.

It's good for us.
