Berkeley students -- don't forget to file your state taxes and get your refund. After tuition increases, you might as well get your money back from the State of California.

The 540 2EZ takes 20 minutes. Totally worth it.

Taxes are not as beautiful when you actually owe the government a large sum of money instead of the opposite. =(

After the exemption and rental housing credit and the I can get back ALL the money I paid in state taxes.

Even better if you meet the income requirements (beginning a poor collage student means you probably do), you can file those taxes online.

You may need your previous years returns to file though.
