the Optimus Keyboard - this industrial design firm in russia is developing this keyboard that has individual LED's for each key - essentailly making each key configurable depending on the program you're ruinning. i'm stunned. amazed. i wish i could buy one. *sigh*

im beginning to wonder if this is a joke. or dis-continued. i've been following the development of this since august-ish 2004! not much in the update department... sadly! i want this keyboard more than i want babies.

i've been checking their site for almost a year now, and not much said cept hopefully end 2006, but the have this outragouesly priced little 3 button thing i guess they hope to apease people wanting a whole keyboards worth of keys in the mean time,damn i want that keyboard, if it is real that is, it has an amazing potential, even if some one has only to type documents, you can set most often used words to one of the extra buttons, or for me coding stuff could go alot faster (and less screw ups because its already typed for me)
