Gah. Amazing. Well, obviously amazing but REALLY REALLY super amazing. I love the way you wrote these characters. It never for one instant felt forced. The dialogue, the way you write them both so perfectly in character... I was smitten immediately.

I love that Bea came to Pen's mission. For her to feel comfortable enough to go there would be a big deal for Bea and the way it was received by Pen was 100 percent believable.

I especially enjoyed that Penelope had Beatrice pegged... and that you did for that matter. Bea is the caregiver, the one that goes out of her way to take care of Evie (raise her ffs), of Jack (with the drinking and not taking appts on time), the business, etc etc. Pen not liking being taken care of, would be the perfect person to actually do the caring.

I wish that we could go back in time and talk to the writers and convince them that their show would reach a wider audience if they added a little lesbian action in it. It's very sad that it's too late now.

I know! We'll write the sequel! That's what we'll do. Jack leaves Bea for good - her baby dies of cholera (cause I hate kids) and Evie runs away with the man du jour. That leaves Pen, who's dumped her gentleman friend and come back to bring full attention to the mission, which Bea will support financially with the success of the House of Eliott. :D :D :D All sorted!
