I really like this. It seems very true to both characters, and I adore that Madeline took the glasses after all. <3 Very awesome.

Oh, I love this, it's short but I can see it playing it my head just perfectly. I just found this show and from the second Madeline and Nikita were in a room together, I was like: hah, found my ship and it's just made the show for me. I just love Madeline; and I think you've got her here perfectly, I can just see her eyes in this scene and my head has sort of created the 'while Nikita's in the bathroom scene' an image of Madeline staring at the sunglasses and then picking them up and her working out where they can be hidden so she is always aware of them but no one else can see them. My favorite fics are always the ones like this that create just a simple scene and you can imagine so much around it. :) So thanks and you remain awesome ( ... )

I am SO sorry for not replying to this sooner; things got a little hectic. I did want to make sure I got back to you though to thank you for the awesome comment. I know what you mean about Madeline and about the lack of decent Madeline-centric fics. I'm not sure what you've found thus far, but I would recommend jackiejlh's stories...she writes a lot of Madeline stuff. If I come across any others, I'll definitely let you know!
