Normally I would place something this long behind a cut in this case though I think people should become a little more familiar with the new law. If you want to read a little more about the winners and losers. Reuters has a good article on it. I didn't know about the tax on using tanning beds ( Sin taxes are one of the few I support.) until I read this.
