Ok maybe wedding cakes aren't going to kill me after all. . .EDIT
It turned out ok, I'm surprised because it was giving me SUCH a hard time.
I will add the pictures when I get home but here is the rundown. . .
The 6" top layer is no sugar added carrot cake with Splenda cream cheese frosting
The 8" middle layer is white cake with raspberry filling and butter cream frosting
The 10"bottom layer is no sugar added carrot cake with regular cream cheese frosting
Every layer is slightly different color because of the different frostings and they all have a different texture too.
the roses were tiny but looked really cute and the topper was perfect.
