I've gotta find my purpose...I've gotta find me!
After work yesterday, they got out the projector, and we watched The Incredibles. As you all know, it is an amazing movie. Some of the special features on the DVD are hilarious! Be sure and watch "Jack-Jack Attack" and "Mr. Incredible and Pals". I don't want to give anything away, but just know there's a bunny involved. Hilarious.
I think watching the movie has given me a renewed sense of direction about what I want to do with the rest of my life (since it's coming up pretty quickly). (Hence the AvenueQ reference in the subject line.) The current direction I'm headed isn't exactly in line with my hopes, but I think it will be a good starting direction (and a chance to pay back my student loans). Actually, who knows. There's still time to flip-flop.
I've been sleeping too much lately. I went to sleep at 8:30 yesterday! Granted, I didn't wake up until 7AM this morning. Dumb body. I think I need to go back on the five hours a night schedule.
I need a creative outlet. I come home to the apartment, and I feel like picking up my guitar, except my guitar isn't in this state. Then I think about drawing or painting, but I can only draw/paint from things I see. And there's no inspiration in my apartment. Any ideas?
