If your idea of Christmas is the spectacle of conspicuous consumption and fatuousness that it has become (especially in the USA), then that is the Christmas you'll get and deserve.
If you make it an argument over which religion's holiday is the alpha male of the season, that argument is the Christmas you'll get and deserve.
If, for you, it is about embracing family, friends, and even strangers, and about personal generosity (not so much giving gifts, but giving yourself), then that is the Christmas you'll get and deserve.
I hope the latter for all-even if it's not Christmas, but Yule, or Chanukkah, or Kwanza, or Pancha Ganapati, or any winter holiday. Happy Holidays-all of them; or even no holy day at all (because agnostics and atheists are people too). (Remember that Jesus told us [per the tale of the good Samaritan] not to crap on others, just because they're not one of "us".)
