Ideas about Dumbledore as a ghost. He will probably come back next book, or at least, I hope. He could help Harry with his "quest" for the Horcruxes. You know, advise him and stuff. Not only that, but as a ghost, he can go more places than a human could, especially a kid still in school. Besides, he wouldn't trigger protective magic, warning spells and stuff like that, because he doesn't actually have a physical body or magic anymore, so spells probably wouldn't register his presence.
I know I talked about something else with people today...oh yeah. theory of Harry as one of the Horcruxes. people have mentioned it, but it's pretty implausible. First of all, when would Voldemort have had the chance to make him a Horcrux? When he was busy killing Harry's parents and being killed himself? Secondly, it doesn't make sense, because if Harry was a Horcrux, Voldemort wouldn't be trying to kill him all the time, would he? It doesn't make sense for him to be trying to destroy a person who happens to be a container for part of his soul. Also, it would make it really difficult to explain the final battle. Harry would have to die before Voldemort, or else Voldemort wouldn't be able to die. I guess the only argument for Harry's being the Horcrux that's even vaguely feasible is that it would explain why Harry channeled Voldemort's anger so easily.
I'll post more if I hear or come up with more theories.
