yeah dude mine broke like a month ago...good thing the warranty worked for it to..oh wait thats right it didn't..so now we both have broken ipods! but i'm sorry that really sucks

Having a broken iPod is better than having it stolen. You at least have a chance of getting yours working again. Hope it does.
