HELP!
I've tried and tried to figure out how to get my journal like this one:

I've asked loads of different people, including the user of that site, but no one seems to be able to help me.
I just want my journal EXACTLY like that one. Same colors and all. I can do that much on my own. I just need the layout. The date like that and such.
Please, please, pleaseeee help me! Anyone!
I can kind of do a simple icon in return? No animated or complex ones but just plain, simple ones.
I'm desperate!

Oh, I have a paid account and can use style 1 or 2. Whatever you need.
