Here are some good things:
Today I paid my rent.
Today I went to St. Vincent's thrift store and bought the following records, for 35 cents a piece.

-Heart-Bad Animals
-The Doors (self-titled)
-Joni Mitchell- Court and Spark (!!!!!)
- Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Soundtrack (featuring beatles covers from aerosmith to the beegees to alice-fucking-cooper. Damn.
Ben, you'd have shat yourself. They had literally SIX copies of Back in Black, all for $.35. Are people insane?
You should also know that i firmly contemplated also buying an alvin-and-the-chipmunks album featuring some sick-ass covers and a supertramp album.
Also, you should know that my apartment continues to kick ass. And though things haven't been 100% cake, they've been alright and I feel a pretty general sense of BEING ALIVE. Thank the sweet baby jesus for that.
