I'm also grateful that I don't have to drive on roads like that. Pittsburgh's "highways" will be fine, thank you very much.

How do you feel the roads different? I used to live closer, but this place is cheaper.

Too many lanes on the highways. I think 3's my limit. Lol.

Most of it is only 3. There are a few sections where the a 4th sneaks in as an extended on/off ramp. One place there is a 2 lane onramp that merges into the existing 3. I hate that part the most because of that, and there is this stupid groove that passes across the lane. It's at 1m2s. That thing is about an inch wide.

I never thought about it until you said something and I don't use this section often, but I noticed there are 6 or more north bound lanes for a period of time while CA 85 ends and merges into US 101.
In the video, I'm on the 4 lanes north of the 101/85 thing. It's at roughly 1:31.
