Why I Love Portland
Even when it's sunny...it might also be raining. LULZ.
I'd be kind of amazed if it actually did rain today, though, because at the moment, there is nary a cloud in the sky. Things are kind of minute-by-minute here, though. So I'll give the weather predictors the benefit of the doubt.
