The plan is set

My friend Bill and I are going to attempt to converto to a polyphasic, or uberman, sleep schedule. As an initial note, I will always be too lazy to worry about any umlats (sp?) that may or may not be involved in spelling certain words.

Anyway, our schedule is set, and the first nap we're taking is at midnight. We've heard that 24 minutes is the optimal nap time, so that is what we're aiming for.

I don't know just when other people throw themselves into this schedule, but Bill and I haven't slept since last night, and we got plenty of exercise today on his unicycle. We feel that our first nap might just be a success.
