So I definitely just wrote this satire piece for AP Lit about students stopping in the hallways. Basically, there's a crash, it's crazy and traumatic, and new rules are implemented because of it (traffic lights at intersections and the like). It's digustingly overdramatic and ridiculous, but I love it.
My personal favorite part, however, is this:
"Principle Stroud hopes that this simple endeavor will be an excellent first step in bringing order and safety to the high school. Stroud, who previously occupied himself during the workday by reminding the students that "the school is not a beach," feels confident that the changed to be made will truly benefit the student body.
Oh yes. I dare to satirize Stroud: WHAT.
