Hi there- I know that you have been Twittering back & forth with one of our developers, @wsurfer, but just wanted to post here so that your readers would know to look into TSheets as well for your time tracking woes. :) Have a great day! -jen @jenharris09
Have you checked out BillQuick?

It does all that you have mentioned in your post. It has easy to use wizards so that you dont have to scratch your head skin to figure out what data to enter next. It totally customizes itself to the way you want it to be.
You also get a free 30 day trial. So you can always give it a try before committing yourself.
I am the developer of Klok and appreciate your feedback. If you are experiencing issues, it would be helpful if you would submit your bugs at http://bugs.mcgraphix.com. It helps me keep track of issues much better. That being said, I can tell you that support for Mon-Sun, and the ability to change to a light color scheme are coming. As for font issues and 2nd monitor support, I haven't seen any issues like that and I use two monitors everyday. "Clicking problems" is a little vague, what are you seeing? Thanks, Rob.
I'm the lead developer of LiveTimer, an online time tracking service that meets the needs you've outlined. Please check out all our features at http://www.livetimer.com and then try LiveTimer free for 30 days if it looks to be a good fit. Thanks!
There is a neat little desktop tool called Fanurio http://www.fanuriotimetracking.com . I love it! You can try it for free too. You can just click to start, pause it, etc and you can do nifty reports. I use it to track the time I spend on client projects. Even though I only bill hourly for consulting projects, it helps me to see how much time I’m spending to make sure my rates are in line. With Fanurio you can customize invoice templates using your own layouts and export them to HTML or PDF.
