SKINNY!!! ENVY THE SKIN KNEE!

So I'm super pumped to look good by next summer. I'm giving myself 9 whole big fat months to do it so I can take my time and do it right and not get burned out. That's what usually happens, I start off strong and then fizzle out and give up. Big fat but this time I'm really staying motivated. I bought these fun little work out videos that each have 5 exercises at 10 minutes a pop. I usually combine 2 or 3 each day and then do some cardio for 30 minutes 3 times a week. My goal is to see some noticeable results by Jan 1st. Woo!p
So far I see a little bit. I feel stronger in my arms and stomach. I've been working at every angle. One video I have is targeted for beginners. It has a work out for abs, arms, thighs, buns and stretching. The other 2 videos are primarily to sculpt the stomach and back but also add cardio. The fun thing is you can switch them up because each exercise has its own rhythm and flow. In the ab videos you can choose from pilates, yoga or hardcore crunches, among others.
I've also changed my diet and cut out a large amount of sweets and fat. I used to eat way too much sugar and sweets, typically on a daily basis, but now I've limited myself to every once in a while. Like today, I went out with a friend to DQ and usually I'd get a big ol' blizzard but instead I got a small sundae. I know I know it's still a sundae but it's not as big and it was just as satisfying. I've really trained myself to get full and weaned myself off of needing a dessert after nearly every meal (which, seriously, I was eating desserts after lots of meals, sometimes in lieu of one!). Since I began my working out and eating better, I've lost about 8 pounds, but my goal isn't to really lose a lot of weight but to trim extra fat I've packed on lately and build some more muscle. I'm not expecting to be stacked, because I recognize I have a naturally lean body, but I want definition. I won't settle for anything less!
