Gah, got sidetracked again. I should finish off all those game meme things. Sooo here I go:
Day 16 - Game with the best cut scenes.
Uncharted 2 (this only holds true until Uncharted 3 comes out). Everything is just so detailed and gorgeous looking and a lot of the times the action cinematics and actual gameplay blend together so perfectly.
Day 17 - Favorite antagonist.
Seifer. He's not a flat out "BWAHAHAHA I'M EVIL WATCH ME BURN THIS CHURCH AND PICK ON SMALL CHILDREN" but rather just a character with a reasonable, yet different view than the protagonist. Also, "chickenwuss" is funny and his jacket is fucking awesome.
Day 18 - Favorite protagonist.
Hmm...Link. For a silent hero, he can really be goofy and just plain lovable. And since he IS a silent hero, you can project yourself into him and pretty much imagine him as any type of favorable character you please.
Day 19 - Picture of a game setting you wish you lived in.
Too lazy to find, upload and post a pic. So just imagine a screenshot of Wutai here. I just want to stalk Yuffie. Second choice would be the setting from Assassin's Creed II...just because it's Renaissance Italy *___*
Day 20 - Favorite genre
RPGs. Strategy RPGs/Tactics and Sidescrolling platforms are a close second and third.
Day 21 - Game with the best story
Final Fantasy VII. After a bajillion spinoffs/side stories it damn well better be.
Day 22 - A game sequel which disappointed you
hmm....can't think of any really. I'm a little annoyed at InFamous 2 right now, but I'm still at the beginning pretty much, so I have to give it more of a chance. It could still get better.
Day 23 - Game you think had the best graphics or art style.
Uncharted 2. Those graphics are just HNNNNGGGGG
Day 24 - Favorite classic game.
Sonic 2.
Day 25 - A game you plan on playing.
Hahahaha (I could seriously list like 100 games right now). Uh coming soon? Catherine, Deus Ex, Arkham City, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, Bioshock Infinite, list goes on and on and on...
Day 26 - Best voice acting.
Metal Gear Solid. I don't care what anyone says. David Hayters voice = sex.
Day 27 - Most epic scene ever.
Shadow of the Colossus. All of it.
Day 28 - Favorite game developer.
Level 5, Rockstar, Irrational, Valve, Naughty Dog, Square Enix, Atlus, Gust, Sega...god, too many to name. I'm following nearly 100 of them on twitter. Pretty much anyone who makes video games, I have a deep respect for.
Day 29 - A game you thought you wouldn’t like, but ended up loving.
Bioshock. I rented it at first just because I thought "meh, I don't care about FPSs" but it's one of my favorite games to this day. It opened me to the entire genre and Ken Levine (head developer at Irrational Studios) is someone I genuinely look up to and strive to be like someday. The game is just brilliant in every aspect, from the way they tell the story to the atmosphere to the controls and actual gameplay. I loved everything about it.
Day 30 - Your favorite game of all time.
