We still don't know.
Tom leaves on Sunday.
Maybe we'll find out tomorrow? Who knows... It would make my day to be able to have a day of planning together before he goes but... well... I'm not holding my breath.
We sent an enquiry on Friday last week. Got a response that they were going to 'escalate it due to the nature of the situation" (ie - he's leaving and we want to make holiday plans for his family).
We'll see.
All I know is this is taking WAY longer than I ever expected it to.
Going back to long distance is going to be really fucking hard.
I'm not looking forward to it one bit.
