hello all!
i haven't been on in such a long time. sorry guys! i've had like back to back assignments for the last two weeks and its kept me on my toes...
news! kind of broke up with boy this week. was very cranky and angsty...
went to a charity morning tea to raise money for diabetes.
see, my life is so boring cause i haven't gone out. ah yes, stress, stress, stress...
saw eternal sunshine of the spotless mind with jane.. (warning: possible spoiler) it made me wonder...is the moral of the story that people who are meant to be together will be together? or that if we forget history, we're doomed to repeat the past and fuck up again?
more: i am absolutely dying to see the movie troy. it looks okay and i've bought into some of the hype i think! however, i have a question: is it racist that they have picked a helen who does not look like she is greek? she's supposed to be a spartan...well, at least in the movie she is. by choosing her, are they saying that they could not choose someone with olive skin or even a brunette that was beautiful enough to play 'the face that launched a thousand ships? they searched all over the world for a woman to play helen...and they chose an actress who looked the least greek out of everyone?
