80's child
why wasn't I a teen in the 80's? I can't begin to explain how much easier and how much more fun it is to TEASE hair than it is to straighten it.
I loved my big hair today. I walked into school with my big ass Tina Turner hair and Flashdance/Maddonna getup today feeling quite genuine. Some of the other seniors had genuine spandex pants and real legwarmers with big bows in their hair...
It was wonderful.

Some people brought in boom boxes that were playing Billy Idol's "Dancing with myself" which I naturally had to shake my ass to, that song is so fabulous. It was a good, and I'm all puckered out from the day's activities so i'm gonna crash.
