CityGuy tried really hard to talk new person into giving me some cash for the stuff and work in the plot. But new person wasn't having any of it and said I was more than welcome to rip everything up and sell it on craigslist.

CityGuy was unhappy to see me go and said if I ever come back to Glendale to live again, he'd put me at the top of the list to get a plot.
I now have a permanent crush on CityGuy.
