It's Wednesday!
And I'm still earning a wage :-)
Either the people at the Evil Empire were even more dysfunctional than I thought, or the people here are all secret cultists on happy pills ....
Every one is super nice here and are always smiling at me. It kinda makes me nervous as I'm used to looking for the knife in my back when folks are nice and smiley ....
The temp agency called and said they're getting super duper feed back from the assignment ... I'm not sure if this is really a temp to perm, it just doesn't seem like they need a permanent person here - but maybe they're just waiting to see how fabulous I am.
If they do offer a perm position, I now have good expectations that it will be within the salary range I need. I'm getting a dollar above my minimum as a temp. Whoooo!
Bad news is that I've really fallen behind on schoolwork this week. I've been too tired the last two nights to do anything. Good thing I don't have plans (I think) for the weekend. I'll be in the library playing catchup.
