Tempted by Seitan
I'm thinking of making my own seitan*. Has anyone out there made it themselves? If so, can you send me your recipe/procedures?
I did a google search and came up with soooooo many ways that I'm a bit hesitant to put all that work into testing the different recipes.
*I'm staying away from buying pre-made processed packaged foods as much as possible to keep my grocery bill reasonable. Besides, at least this way I know what went into my food.
